C. R. Madden 

2nd Lieutenant, Lincolnshire Regiment 

C. R. Madden joined the British Expeditionary Force as part of the Lincolnshire Regiment and served as a 2nd Lieutenant during the war. During his time overseas, he received the Military Cross for his gallantry and devotion to duty in battle.
